Overall Well-Living is achieved by creating homeostasis, or balance, for both the mind and body. Homeostasis can be achieved by considering, and mastering the 7 Pillars that drive overall wellness. Those Pillars include Self-Awareness, Rest, Meditation, Movement, Connection, Environment and Digestion. Becoming familiar with these pillars is the key, but we don't all operate on the same design level, and energetically speaking, these pillars must be looked at from a more personalize perspective. Each energy type within the Human Design System carries a different collective energetic blueprint, making Well-Living much more of a unique journey. Well-Living is not one size fits all.
These digital booklets will break down the 7 Pillars of Well-Living for each of the 4 main Human Design Energy Types. My goal is to keep it simple, as I believe balance can be achieved through a simplified, yet focused protocol. As Deepak Chopra says, "keep it simple, make it real".
